Last of the morning

I love Miss I. Her grandparents are my next door neighbors and so she comes over to play a lot. She has a smile that lights up her whole face. As soon as I lift my camera though she gives one of those canned smiles. So we had to work to get her real smile- but I think this one is pretty good...

Here is the newest addition to the family, Mr M...

Ok, folks I am taking a break from sneak peeks right now, or else the ones I put up this morning will be bumped. Hope you enjoy my very busy day.

I feel my blog is being stalked

Well I have 11 sessions from this past weekend that I need to get up here. My goal today is to try to get at least half of them up. Without further ado... here is Mr J.

Mr J has two twin brothers Mr Z- playing peek-a-boo behind a tree...
and Mr A. Mr A had surgery on his eyelid recently but I like to think he is winking at me because I am so cute. I think you are cute too Mr A!
The whole beautiful family.
One down 10 to go!

More from Colin and Lindsey's Wedding

Working my way through all of the many pictures from this past week and decided there were a few pictures I wanted share from this wedding. I can't believe I forgot to show you all these beauties. Five of Colin's 6 neices were the flower girls. Aren't they the sweetest?

Here are a few more of my favorites...

I realized I forgot to showcase any of Marc's pictures. Usually Marc does not like going to weddings, he is not one to embrace small talk. But when it comes to photographing a wedding, hand him a zoom lens and tell people not to look at him and he is in the zone. He has been very willing to join me at 2 weddings now and I am pretty sure I can convince him to come to more. I enjoy the different perspective he captures and he enjoys stretching his photographic skills. So here are some of my favorites from his camera.

He is always under strict orders to get this picture- the groom's face as the bride comes down the aisle.
He also is good at capturing pictures of the flower girls...

Oh, and pictures of my good friend when she isn't looking. (I might get in trouble for putting this one up, but I think it is a beautiful picture).

My buddies

Spent Monday morning on a photo playdate with friends. The kids I have the hardest time photographing are often the ones I know the best. But I have to say these two did great. Which is saying a lot since my kids were running around trying to distract them.

Here is the shot I know Mom was really hoping to get...

All done with sneak peeks- now I need to get going with proofing!

Last but not least

Mr L didn't think he wanted to be photographed, but he did want to play hide and seek with me!

Here is his adorable one year old brother who has started walking but was kind enough to stay still for me.

And the whole beautiful gang...

That wraps up Stanley Park day!

Another big family group

Well the grandmothers in Western Massachusetts are happy with me now! Check out this beautiful group shot!

and this one...And here is a small sampling of the most beautiful blue eyes in town...

The shoot I feared the most...

Becky has been begging me for months to take a specific picture. She wanted all 10 grandchildren from age 16 years to 4 months. For months I put my fingers in my ears and hummed loudly every time she brought it up. But see, she is clever, she signed up for a Stanley Park time! Well much to my surprise we were very successful. All 10 children looked at the camera and smiled. Then I decided to really push my luck and put the parents in the picture.... Voila!

With 10 children I can't show you each child individually but here is Mr B, the latest addition.
2 cuties...
How about this one Bec?

A total character

This is Mr M, and he is total character. I am glad I finally got to meet him- we have had a few attempts and finally made it work! He kept me entertained the whole time.

I have to say that for ALL of the family groups on Sunday the parents happily jumped into the pictures too. I love that!

Day at Stanley Park

We got rained out from our original Stanley Park picture day. We rescheduled to today and none of us were complaining. We could not have asked for more beautiful weather! There were five different family groups today and I took over 1,000 frames, so bare with me it will take a few days probably to get the sneak peeks up here. First up was little Miss M. When I first met Miss M in January she was not very thrilled with me. What a difference 10 months make. She was cute as could be and loved exploring the park. Here are just a few...

Here she is with her beautiful parents!

Oh My Cuteness

So I went over to this house tonight to take some famiy pictures. And I promise I did take them, like this one...

and this one...
But truth be told, my camera could not stay away from Mr M. He is so cute and smiley- even with his runny nose.

You see how it would be tough not to take his picture, right?
