Best of 2009!

It's that time again- and I am a little late this year! Here is my Best image of 2009 contest! Goodness it is so hard to narrow it down, I swore I wouldn't post as many as last year but I couldn't help myself. As many of my blog readers know there so many more I could have included (and yes I expect to hear from a few of you that were left out- sorry!)

What do you win? First Place wins a $50 print credit to an upcoming session, Second Place wins a $25 print credit and Third Place wins a $15 print credit. In addition to the print credits First Place also wins one more thing- the winning image will be put into my blog header which I will update after the contest.

Put the word out and make sure everyone gets voting. Voting will end next Thursday February 4th and the winner will be announced on Friday the 5th. Without further ado here are the entrants....

On another note... I am offering newborn sessions for FREE right now. Sessions need to take place within the first 2 weeks of life and will last about 2 hours. Contact me if you (or anyone you know) are interested. Now VOTE!

One Year Old cuteness! | Wilbraham, MA child photographer

Meet Mr. T, he turned one year old today, and he came to see me. His Mama grew up down the street from where I used to live and we have been looking for a good reason to get together. Mr T is so sweet and smiley- well, see for yourself...

The whole beautiful family...

We tried to go outside for a little bit, but it was cold and sunny not a great combo- but he did love being thrown in the air!
Since today was his birthday we decided to celebrate- you will have to use your imagination to guess what the "after" shots looked like.

After he got all cleaned up, he decided to head home.

Love it! Great finally meeting you Mr T!

Miss R | Wilbraham, MA child photographer

Two years ago I got to photograph Miss R when she turned 1 and she was so stinking cute I completely remember the session- in fact her sweetness graced the top of my blog for most of 2008 I believe. Remember?
I went back today and was hoping that at age 3 she was still as adorable, and guess what? She is! So we sat down in the same chair in the same place and I started snapping.

BUT now that she is 3 she had her own ideas about the pictures I should be taking so we followed her lead.
We went up to her room...
and this picture might just be one of my all time favorites- I LOVE this one!!!
There are MANY more but Mom needs to have some surprises right?
