Do you see that little newborn cutie up there in my blog header? Well here she is 15 months later....

Miss H is such a total smiley laughing cutie. She was running all over and giggling with glee.


Unfortunately every time I got near here she did an about face and went the other direction. So I got many pictures that look like this...

It was so great to see you all again and I loved hanging out with Miss H- next time I bring my zoom lens!

An Old Friend | Springfield MA Family Photographer

So a friend who moved away a couple of years ago, calls me last week. She says she is coming into town and what does my schedule look like. I quickly go to my calendar to find an available time we can get together. "Great!" she says "I want to do a photo shoot with my whole family for my mom's birthday". Hmmm well I will take what I can get. We got together on the morning of the fourth. Here is just a sampling of the pictures.

Yeah the sun came out, perfect timing too! I got to take pictures of this adorable family on Sunday night and enjoy the sun. When we started Mom said what really wanted was one nice picture of the whole family.


What do you think Mom? There are a few more choices too. Now on to the stars of the show. This is Miss K- she was so giggly and fun.

Not to be left behind by her big sister- Miss J is a total cutie too.

One of my favorite times to take pictures is the hour before sunset and the above picture is why- I love the light. Thanks for getting me out of my house last night- I had a great time!

Well I have to hand it to this mom. She set up a whole morning of family pictures and it worked like clock work. The first ones to arrive were her husband's side of the family...

Here are the two cuties that live in this house. Here is Miss L- she has just turned one.

Miss K- I hadn't seen her in almost 2 years- my has she grown!

I kept saying that this was one of my favorite pictures.

Mr H came to see me again today- but he is moving now! I love watching the little ones grow up- one of my favorite things about this job.

Mom is getting a lot of pressure to cut off Mr H's baby curls, so she wanted to make sure she got picture of them before she gave in to the pressure- a cute monkey bum doesn't hurt either.


And this picture makes me giggle every time I look at it....

Two familiar faces | Springfield, MA photographer

After my first session I headed out to pick up these two cuties. I have known them since they were born and they count themselves as some of my first subjects. I cannot believe this girl is 10 already and um, almost taller than me. Here is Miss E...


We have been waiting for Mr J's two front teeth to fall out so we could do this photo session, unfortunately those teeth took their sweet time leaving that the next set was already on its way in, still pretty cute.

So Dad informed me that he doesn't really like posed pictures. That was great because little Mr K had NO intention of sitting or even standing still for me. I am pretty sure we climbed every set of stairs we could find. I will start off with one of the few posed pictures I did get...
