I had such a wonderful morning cuddling with Mr G. Normally the challenge is to get newborns to sleep, but when we were ready for Mr G to wake up he was having no part of it. So lots of snoozing pics for you!

Family Vacation! | Old Lyme, CT photographer

I tried to take pictures of this extended family just before Easter as you can see here. That day we made plans to meet at the beach during their summer vacation. They vacation together with another large extended family every year so we thought the more the merrier!

Then we decided to take break it down.










It was a beautiful night, a gorgeous location and a super fun group of people!

This beautiful family is about to leave their adorable house for a new one in the burbs. Mom wanted some pictures before they moved out. I arrived at their home Sunday morning having not gotten home from the Taylor Swift concert until 3am the night before. They were very understanding of my scatter brained behavior and I really enjoyed my morning hanging out with them.



Mr O was as tired as I was I think- but no one can resist being up high in their daddy's hands.


Then we headed inside to get some pictures in their rooms.

Ugh- we have been planning this shoot for weeks. One of these families is visiting from out of town and we were looking forward to big family shoot. Sadly the rain had some plans too. When I arrived it was just about to rain so we dashed outside to get a few of the whole gang.


Then the rain arrived. We tried a few in the doorway.

Then we went inside and I tried to make friends with my flash...


Well my flash and I are still not as close as I would like- wish I could control the weather!

Can you believe I forgot to share these pictures with all of you?? I took them at the beginning of the month and then the next day a tornado came through my town and threw me for a loop. Don't worry Mom and Dad got these pictures awhile ago I just forgot to share them with all of you. This is the beautiful Miss J- she was only a few days old when I met her and I bet she is double the size now! She was so sweet and cooperative.
