I met Miss L last year when I took her picture. We decided to try a different beach this year. Miss L was so much fun. This year she had lots of ideas about where and how to take her picture- I can only imagine what next year will bring!

Tuesday night brought this beautiful extended family and overcast skies and a little rain as well.

hmmm I think I know where they come from.

Mr D wrote this saying in the sand, "Live, Laugh, Love". I love that saying and it seemed the perfect place to take a picture with his Mom.

I love Facebook! | Cape Cod photographer

I love Facebook! One of my favorite things about Facebook is reconnecting with long lost friends. I also love being a photographer because it gives my friends a great reason to get together. The mom of this family was one of my closest friends in college but we had lost touch with each other along the way. Put together Facebook and my Cape Cod photo sessions and Voila! we meet again. They were my first shoot of the week and it was a very sunny and clear night- I didn't realize it would be my last of the week.

Miss J loved posing for me and announced, more than once I believe, that she was going to be a model!
The other Miss J was having a tough time with the sun so we had to move her just a little out of the light in order to see her beautiful eyes.
One of the fun things about the setting sun is taking silhouette pictures- see?



This was the last picture we took as we walked to the parking lot- a total keeper!

A New Beginning | Wilbraham, MA photographer

Ronna and Valentino are engaged. We have planned this session a few times now but one thing or another has gotten in the way- the last thing being the awful humidity last weekend- no one wanted to be photographed in that weather. We finally got together on Friday morning. We had a fun time and it was a nice change of pace for me to not be chasing a small child all over the place.
