I have to admit this is one of my favorite sessions of the year (man I know I am going to hear about that from a few of you). Possibly because we are friends but mostly because we laugh the entire time. I never know what Dad and Mom are doing behind my back, but whatever it is- it makes the kids laugh so hard- which then gets us all giggling. First up is their family "boy band" shot.

I love this next picture. Dad made the swing large enough for all of them and so they demonstrated their amazing group swinging abilities for me.

I think this is the picture Miss N was hoping to get.

Well it is not the 20+ pictures I think the kids were hoping I would post, but still quite a lot. Thanks guys- as always loads of fun.

I saw these two cuties on Sunday. They were very fun and active, but they were very excited to see their cousins who arrived later.

FINALLY- their cousins arrived for some group shots.

Sunday dawned beautiful, sunny and warm. I met up with these three boys at the Holyoke Reservoir. I have never been there before, but I am pretty sure I will go again. They were so fun and cooperative.




Usually I photograph silhouettes against a sunset sky- but I decided to try and they were great sports!

The session started with this good looking bunch.





Then their adorable cousins showed up to join in the fun.

And at the end it was their turn shine.




We had a good time and even got the moms in for a couple- but I am keeping those secret.

An Old Friend | West Hartford, CT child photographer

Ok, she is not an OLD friend, since she is my age, but we went to elementary school together. I had the pleasure of meeting her boys before I headed home.

Here she is with her boys.
Mr S, we tortured endlessly to get his natural smile- I think we got close.

We had hopes of getting their dog in the pictures outside but the neighbor's cat put an end to that, unfortunately. So we headed inside and got the picture she claims she sends out every year- well here is one more!
