More Cutie Patooties

I spent a little time this morning with Miss P and her new little sister. When I saw this stump in the yard I asked Miss P if she knew the Dr.Seuss story the Lorax. She said she did so we went over and got to be the Lorax, "I am the Lorax I speak for the trees!".

Not to forget her new little sister Miss S.

Miss P is a good big sister!

3 beauties

After a weekend of chasing little ones, meeting these three this morning was a welcome break. They were so cooperative and willing to try anything

I think is one of my new favorites...

Mr J and Miss S

Spent a little time today with some longtime clients. Always fun to see these kids and see how much they have grown. Mr J is quite a ham, no problem getting him to perform for the camera.

Miss S on the other hand is a bit more shy. I can't believe she just turned 2!

Is this the coolest swing ever?? Mr J thinks so.

This is the last picture I took, I think she knew all she had to do was look at the camera with a nice smile and I would leave- it worked.

Nice seeing you all again as always.

Today Part 2

It has been almost a year since I last photographed this clan. My how thing have changed, and yet some have stayed the same. Miss M is still very sweet and sits and holds any and all babies put in her arms.

Mr G, on the other hand, ran away from me the entire time last year. No amount of bribery could entice him in front of my camera. My what a year will do...

Miss R was only 3 weeks old last time I saw her. Now she is almost one year old and moving and grooving. Sit still and smile? I don't think so...

Now, this next picture is hardly the "ideal" sibling group shot. And yet I believe it probably reveals each of their individual personalities more than the perfect picture would, and it totally makes me smile.

Sometimes, just sometimes, I miss my babies. And this is why...

Thank you guys it was great seeing you again.

Watching them grow

Went out to see the R family today. I have been photographing their 19 month old twin girls for a little over a year now. I was very excited to see them and see how much they have grown since I haven't seen them since the Holidays. But truth be told I was most exited to meet their new little brother Mr J. He arrived at the end of May. He is so cute and totally mellow, with two older sisters running circles around him I guess he doesn't have much choice.... yet.

Miss M is such a good big sister- isn't this totally sweet?

Miss S had her own plans for our time together, but no worries lots of cute pics were snapped.

Miss M, marching for the crowd.

Miss S was having a Grammy day...

Their cousins the S family stopped by and I am working on their pictures now, so tune in again and their sneak peek will be here soon.

They can run...

I know I am in trouble when I arrive at a home and the kids take off running. Here is little Miss E, not quite as fast as her brothers so I was able to catch a quick pic of her.

But they can't hide! We soon came to an agreement, they agreed to stay still and look cute and I agreed to take their pictures.

My Lucky Day

I am lucky today. First I got to take pictures of the little cutie in the previous post and then an hour later these two beauties stopped by. Their cousins were here last week and now it is their turn. I have to say I couldn't wait to download these pictures and check them out. Some sessions take more than an hour some only 15 minutes. I often worry the Mom isn't sure it is worth the money if it only takes 15 minutes. So tell me what you think, money well spent?

One more of Miss O...

Total Stinking Cuteness!

Here is Mr.I, a total cutie. Mom and Dad say he is already very active and busy, boy are they in for it!

They brought along his favorite playmate and we got a complete family picture!

Morning with a friend

My good childhood friend Kristin is in town from Kansas. She contacted me a month or so ago to set up a time to get pictures done. I was thrilled that she wanted to fit this in with all the other many activities they have planned. So I headed down to West Hartford and we headed over to Elizabeth Park. The park has a beautiful rose garden which wasn't quite in bloom, but we found a few nice spots anyway. Let me introduce you to her beautiful girls. This is Miss M, she is 7, and she has opinions (hmm I think I know a 7 year old girl just like that) she was very helpful and cooperative as well.

This is Miss J, she is 5 and a half, and she was my little star. "Take a picture of me over here, take a picture of me over there"- love that! I tried to oblige, there are many pics of Miss J.

Here is Miss D, she is almost 3, and full of spunk. She was funny and I think she really wanted to be behind the camera, as soon as I would take the picture she would run over to check out the picture.

Nothing better than a kiss from Mommy when you fall down and go boom.

Here is one of my favorites of the three girls together, awww....

... oh and here is the girls favorite picture of them together.

One more of Miss J, because she asked me to.

Thanks Kristin. It was great seeing you guys today and can't wait to visit a bit more next week- no camera I promise (well maybe just a few pictures).

10 day old cutie

Mr. B in all his 10 day old glory came to see me yesterday. He was all snoozy when he arrived, but we quickly changed that when we stripped him down. I LOVE the baby yawn!

Finally we let him get dressed...

of course you have to have the baby toes!
